This policy applies to users of TNBO Sports applications, websites, and related services that rely on TNBO-operated account, content, notification, analytics, advertising, media, and interactive systems.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use TNBO Sports, we may collect, store, or process:

optional profile details such as alias, phone number, gender, date of birth, country, state, and profile image where supported

installation, app-instance, device, and similar technical identifiers used by TNBO systems or integrated service providers where applicable

3. Google Sign-In and Authentication

If you choose Google Sign-In, TNBO Sports may receive limited profile information from Google, such as your name, email address, Google account identifier, and profile image, depending on the permissions granted and Google's policies. TNBO Sports also processes authentication and account-security data needed to sign users in, maintain sessions, verify identity, protect accounts, and support password reset or account recovery.

to provide app features such as content access, personalization, notifications, interests, public alias support, and interactive participation

5. Interactive Features and Participation Data

If you use trivia, polls, predictor leagues, or similar interactive features, TNBO Sports may process your entries, submissions, answers, votes, predictions, picks, scores, rankings, medals, streaks, leaderboard records, and participation history.

Where product design supports public rankings or leaderboard-style visibility, aliases or other supported public display identities may be shown to other users instead of real profile names.

6. Notifications

If you enable push notifications, TNBO Sports may process push notification device tokens, notification permission state, notification categories or preferences, notification open data, and deep-link handling data so relevant notifications can be sent and measured correctly.

7. Advertising and Ad Technologies

Some TNBO Sports app surfaces may display advertising. TNBO Sports may use advertising technology providers, including Google AdMob, to request, render, deliver, diagnose, and measure ads.

Ad-serving and ad-measurement providers may process device, app, or similar technical identifiers and contextual information needed for ad delivery, measurement, operational integrity, diagnostics, and fraud prevention. Platform-level advertising or privacy controls may also be available depending on the user's device or operating system.

8. Analytics, Insights, and Measurement

TNBO Sports may collect and process event and usage data to understand how users interact with the app and its features, including news, watch or media, match center, sponsor surfaces, trivia, polls, predictor leagues, protected content, notifications, and advertising-related flows.

This data may be used for app performance monitoring, diagnostics, troubleshooting, product improvement, feature-usage measurement, sponsor impression measurement, sponsor interaction measurement, and ad request, render, display, delivery, and click measurement.

9. Premium Access, Passes, and Entitlements

Where TNBO Sports provides protected media, premium content, or access-controlled features, TNBO may process entitlement, pass, product-eligibility, and related access-control records needed to determine whether a user can open or continue using those surfaces.

10. Sharing With TNBO Services and Service Providers

TNBO Sports operates through multiple TNBO-managed backend services. Information may be shared across TNBO-operated services when needed to run app functionality such as authentication, notifications, analytics, diagnostics, personalization, ad operations, entitlement checks, media delivery, or interactive participation handling.

TNBO Sports may also use third-party service providers to support app operations. These may include providers used for authentication, notifications or messaging delivery, analytics or diagnostics, ad serving and ad measurement, infrastructure, and media delivery or playback support where applicable.

11. Data Retention

TNBO Sports retains account and service data only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate services, maintain security, support product features, fulfill legal or operational obligations, and preserve limited audit or integrity records where appropriate. Some records may be deleted immediately, while others may be anonymized or retained for limited operational, legal, security, or measurement purposes.

12. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your TNBO account both inside the app and through a public web flow hosted on AuthBox.

When account deletion is completed, AuthBox deletes the account record and may trigger cleanup actions in connected TNBO services, including Notifications, so the deleted user is no longer active in those systems. Some limited records may still be retained or anonymized where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

13. Security

TNBO Sports uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including authentication controls, signed tokens, controlled access, logging, and service-level security checks. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

14. Your Choices and Rights

you may update supported profile details through TNBO account features where those controls are available
you may manage notification preferences where those features are available
you may manage or set a public alias where supported by the relevant product flow
you may request account deletion through the deletion flow described above
you may also have platform-level controls related to notifications, advertising, or privacy depending on your device or operating system
